Terms of Service

Back to the homepage

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and the learning corner of BBS 24 HOUR LEARNING CENTER, 1823 Carrollton Villa Rica Hwy, Villa Rica - 30180-4902, United States (US). The website is supported by the developer BB Learning. Last updated in October 2026.

These Terms of Service set out the rules that apply when you use this website and when you use the learning corner that BBS 24 HOUR LEARNING CENTER runs at 1823 Carrollton Villa Rica Hwy, Villa Rica - 30180-4902, United States (US). The terms cover the study bays, the tutoring circles, the family care desk, the homework clinics, the reading nook and the pickup log. They also cover the messages we exchange and the way the website is meant to be used. Please read the terms in full before you book a seat or send a message. If a term is not clear, a guide at the family care desk will explain it in plain language before you commit to anything. By using the website or the corner you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or book a seat, and contact the front desk so that we can talk through the alternative.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These terms are a binding agreement between you and BBS 24 HOUR LEARNING CENTER. The words we, us and our refer to the learning centre at 1823 Carrollton Villa Rica Hwy, Villa Rica - 30180-4902, United States (US). The word you refers to anyone who browses the website, sends a message to the front desk or books a seat at the corner. Where a student is under eighteen, a parent or guardian accepts these terms on the student behalf and is responsible for the student during a visit.

You accept these terms when you load a page on the website, when you submit the contact form, when you call +14198216014 to arrange a seat or when you sign a booking at the family care desk. If you do not accept a term, you should not use the service covered by that term. A guide will always be ready to discuss a term that worries you before a booking is made, and we would rather answer a question than have a family commit to an arrangement they do not understand.

These terms sit alongside our privacy policy, which explains how we look after information. Where these terms and the privacy policy both touch on information the privacy policy governs the detail, and these terms govern the way the service is used. Other written arrangements, such as a signed standing seat agreement or a school coordination note, apply in addition to these terms and are not a replacement for them.

2. The Learning Corner

BBS 24 HOUR LEARNING CENTER runs an angel corner for learning that stays open across the whole day. The corner offers an overnight study desk, tutoring circle rounds, family care hours, homework clinic days, reading corner sessions and pickup log evenings. Each service is described on our services page with the rhythm, the seat and the guide that it involves. The services are designed to work together, so that a family can move a student from a clinic to the overnight desk to the reading nook within a single evening.

We describe the corner as it is run today. We may add a service, change a schedule or retire a service where the change helps the families we serve. When a change affects a confirmed booking we will tell the family in good time and offer a seat elsewhere or a return of any fee that has not been used. We never move a student from a confirmed seat without speaking to the family first unless a safety concern makes an immediate change necessary.

The corner is a place of learning and quiet rather than a licensed school, a childcare provider or a medical service. We do not diagnose a learning difficulty, we do not provide therapy and we do not take the place of a school. Where a student needs support beyond the corner, a guide will say so honestly and help the family find the right service. We keep our own records and our own standards, and we expect every guest to treat the room with care.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

A student may use the corner from the age that the family and the guide agree is right for the service. A younger reader is welcome in the reading nook, a school age student is welcome at the homework clinic and a teenager is welcome at the overnight study desk. A parent or guardian must set up the household record for a student under eighteen and must name the trusted pickup people on that record. A household record is created at the family care desk or through a message to administration@bbsangels.com.

You must give accurate details when you set up a household record. A wrong phone number or a missing pickup name can delay a release at the door, and a wrong billing detail can hold up a payment. A family should tell the desk as soon as a detail changes, and a guide will correct the record on the spot. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give and for keeping the household contact points up to date.

You must keep a private account detail away from other people. If you believe that someone has reached a record without permission, write to administration@bbsangels.com at once and a guide will help you secure the account. We may suspend a record while we look into a concern, and we will not leave a family without an answer for longer than the investigation requires.

4. Bookings and Seats

A booking may be made at the family care desk, by phone on +14198216014 or by email to administration@bbsangels.com. A booking is confirmed when a guide gives a written confirmation that names the service, the hour and the seat. A conversation or a message on its own does not reserve a seat, and we ask families to keep the written confirmation in a safe place. A standing seat is confirmed the same way and runs for the period set out in the confirmation.

We hold a confirmed seat for the student named on the booking. A seat may not be passed to another student without the agreement of a guide. If a student arrives late the seat is held for a short grace period, after which a guide may offer it to another student. If a student cannot attend, the family should tell the desk as soon as possible so that the seat can be used by someone else and so that the record stays accurate.

A seat may be subject to a small set of conditions, such as a trial visit before a standing seat is confirmed or a quiet agreement about the hours of the overnight desk. A guide will explain any condition before the booking is confirmed. A condition that is not explained at the time of booking does not bind the family.

5. Fees and Payment

Some services carry a fee and some services are offered without a fee. The fee for a service is set out in the booking confirmation before a family commits. We do not add a charge that was not disclosed at the time of booking. A payment may be made at the family care desk, through the payment gateway we use or by another method that a guide agrees with the family in writing.

A payment gateway handles card details, and we do not store a full card number on our own systems. A family is responsible for the accuracy of the billing details it gives and for keeping the payment method up to date. If a payment fails, a guide will contact the family and offer a short time to correct the detail. We do not add a late charge that the family was not told about, and we do not use a failed payment as a reason to remove a student from a seat in the middle of a session.

A fee may change after the period set out in a standing seat confirmation. We tell a family in good time before a change takes effect, and the family can choose either to accept the new fee or to end the standing seat. A fee that has already been paid for a period is not changed for that period. A question about a fee can go to administration@bbsangels.com and a guide will answer it with a written breakdown.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

A family can cancel a single booking by telling the family care desk before the session begins. Where a booking is cancelled with reasonable notice, any fee paid for the session is returned or held as a credit for a later visit, as the family prefers. Where a family cancels at the last moment, we may keep a part of the fee to cover the guide who was held for the seat. A guide will explain the notice period when the booking is made.

A standing seat can be cancelled at the end of a paid period with a written note to the desk. A fee already paid for the current period is not normally returned, because the guide and the seat have been held for the whole period. Where a student must stop for a reason beyond the family control, such as a move or an illness, a guide will look at the case and offer a fair arrangement rather than apply the period rule without thought.

If we cancel a session, a family receives a return of the fee for that session or a credit, as the family prefers, and we will offer another seat where one is free. If we close the corner for a period, any unused fee for that period is returned. We do not keep a fee for a service that we did not provide.

6a. Conduct at the Corner

Every guest at the corner is expected to treat the room, the guides and the other students with care. Quiet is the rule at the study bay and the reading nook. A phone should be on silent, a conversation should be held in a low voice and a desk should be left as it was found. A student who needs to talk through a problem is welcome to do so with a guide, who will find a quiet corner for the conversation.

We do not allow bullying, harassment or a word or action that makes another guest feel unsafe. We do not allow a student to bring an item that a school would not allow on its campus. We do not allow a guide or a guest to record another person without consent. A guide who sees a breach will speak to the person involved and, where the breach is serious, will ask the family to collect the student and will arrange a conversation before a return.

A student who repeatedly disrupts the corner may lose a seat. We take that step only after a conversation with the family, and we say clearly what must change before a return. Our aim is always to keep the corner calm for every student, and we would rather solve a problem with a family than close a door on a student.

7. Student Work and Materials

A student keeps the rights to the work the student creates. We do not claim ownership of an essay, a drawing, a project or a piece of homework. A guide may ask to keep a copy of a piece of work so that a tutor can pick up the thread of a subject, and we keep that copy only where the family agrees. A copy is stored with the household record and is deleted on request.

Materials that belong to the corner, such as a text book from the reading nook, a calculator, a set of chalk or a study lamp, are returned before the student leaves. A family is responsible for a borrowed item until it is returned. Where an item is lost, a guide will discuss a fair replacement with the family rather than add a charge without a conversation.

We may use an anonymous example of a learning approach in a guide or a training note, with no student name and no detail that could identify a household. We never use student work in a public place without a written consent from the family, and a family can withdraw that consent at any time.

8. Safety and Pickup

The safety of every student is the first duty of the corner. A student is released only to a person named on the household record or to a person the family has confirmed to the desk in writing. A guide checks the pickup log before a release and watches the door until the ride is at the curb. A student is not allowed to leave alone unless the family has agreed in writing to that arrangement and a guide judges it safe.

If a pickup runs late, a guide waits with the student in the reading nook and tries the contact points on the household record. If a guide cannot reach a family and the student is at risk, the guide may contact the emergency service that the law allows. A guide will tell the family about the step as soon as it is safe to do so. Every late pickup is written in the log so that the desk can improve the evening routine.

A family must tell the desk about anything that affects the safety of the student, such as a medical condition, an allergy or an arrangement about who may collect the student. We keep that detail on the household record and share it only with the guides who need it. A guide is trained in first aid and knows where the kit is kept. Where a student is unwell, a guide will contact the family at once and will keep the student in a quiet place until collection.

9. Use of the Website

You may use the website to learn about the corner, to read a policy and to reach the front desk. You may not use the website in a way that interferes with it, that places an unreasonable load on it or that attempts to reach a record or a page that you are not allowed to see. You may not copy the website in a way that misleads a family into believing that another centre speaks for us. You may not use an automated tool to scrape the site or to send a flood of messages to the desk.

The contact form on the website sends a message through your own email program to administration@bbsangels.com. The form does not create a booking on its own and a message is not a confirmed seat until a guide replies in writing. If the email program does not open, a family should send the same details directly to administration@bbsangels.com or call +14198216014. A guide will confirm a message was received when a seat is arranged.

You are responsible for the content of a message you send. Do not send a password, a full card number or a detail that is not needed for the question. If a message contains information that a guide did not ask for, the guide will keep it with the same care as the rest of the record and will use it only to answer the question. We may block a sender that sends abusive or automated messages to the desk.

10. Intellectual Property

The name BBS 24 HOUR LEARNING CENTER, the angel corner design of this website, the text on the site and the look of the study bays and the reading nook belong to us or to a party that has given us a licence to use them. You may read the site, share a link and print a policy for your own use. You may not copy the design or the text into another site, a brochure or an advertisement without a written permission from the desk.

Some material on the site may belong to another party, such as a book title or a name of a provider. That material is used under a licence or with permission and may not be copied from our site. If you believe that a piece of material on the site belongs to you and has been used in a way that you did not allow, write to administration@bbsangels.com with the detail and we will look into it promptly.

A family may take a photograph of the reading nook for personal use. A family may not publish a photograph that shows another student without the consent of that family. We may take a photograph of a session for our own guide, and we will ask a family for written consent before a student appears in it.

11. Third Party Services

The website may link to a service that another organisation runs, such as a payment gateway or a school resource. A link does not mean that we control the other service or that we accept responsibility for it. When you follow a link you leave the corner, and the terms of the other organisation apply to what you do there. We choose links with care and we review them from time to time.

A payment provider handles a card on our behalf under its own terms. A family should read the terms of the provider before a payment. If a payment fails or a provider makes an error, a guide will help the family open a case with the provider and will keep the seat in place while the case is open. We do not pass a card detail to a provider that we have not chosen with care.

Some tools that we use to run the corner, such as a scheduling tool or an email service, are supplied by a third party. We choose a tool that meets a reasonable standard for safety and we keep a written duty of confidentiality with each provider. Where a provider causes a fault, we will tell the family, fix the fault and take a step to keep it from happening again.

12. Disclaimers

The website and the information on it are provided as they are. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that a page will always load, that every detail is free of a typo or that a link will always work. A schedule shown on the site is a guide, and the written confirmation of a booking is the source that counts. If a detail on the site and a detail in a confirmation disagree, the confirmation governs.

The corner supports learning and does not promise a particular grade, a test score or an outcome. A student effort, a family support and a school arrangement all play a part, and we can promise only a calm seat, a thoughtful guide and a steady rhythm. We do not promise that a student will meet a deadline that depends on work we did not see. A guide will say honestly where the corner can help and where another service would serve the student better.

We do not exclude a disclaimer that the law does not allow us to exclude. Where a law gives a family a right that a disclaimer would remove, that right stays in place. A family that relies on a detail on the site and finds it wrong should tell the desk so that the page can be corrected for the next visitor.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, BBS 24 HOUR LEARNING CENTER is not responsible for an indirect loss or a loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of a breach of these terms. A foreseeable loss is a loss that a family and the desk could both see would follow from a mistake. We do not limit our responsibility for a loss that the law says we cannot limit, such as a loss caused by our own serious fault or a loss that involves personal injury caused by our carelessness.

Where the law allows a limit, our total responsibility for a claim connected with a service is limited to the fee paid for that service in the period in which the claim arose. Where a service carries no fee, our responsibility is limited to a fair sum that reflects the support that the corner can reasonably give. This limit applies to the corner and to the developer BB Learning where BB Learning is acting under our instruction, but it does not apply to a matter where the law forbids a limit.

We are not responsible for an item that a student brings to the corner and leaves behind, beyond the care that a reasonable guide would take. We keep a lost item at the desk for a short period and try the household contact points before we dispose of it. A family should keep a valuable item at home and tell a guide if a needed item is missing.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for a loss that we suffer because you break these terms or use the corner in a way that harms another person. This covers a reasonable legal cost and a reasonable payment to a third party that results from the breach. It does not cover a loss that we cause ourselves, and it does not apply to a family that has acted honestly and with care.

We will tell you promptly if a claim arises and will let you take part in the defence where that is fair. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits your fault without speaking to you first. If you do not take part, we may defend the claim on our own and you remain responsible for the part of the loss that the breach caused.

Where a student under eighteen breaks a term, the parent or guardian who accepted these terms is responsible for the part of the loss that the breach caused. We will always try to solve a small matter with a conversation before any claim is made, and most questions about a broken term are settled at the family care desk.

15. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, protect and share information. It sits alongside these terms and should be read before you share a detail with the desk. The privacy policy covers the household record, the pickup log, the contact form and the technical details that the website gathers. If a question touches both documents, the privacy policy governs the information and these terms govern the way the service is used.

A family can ask what we hold, ask for a correction and ask for a deletion. A request can be sent to administration@bbsangels.com or spoken to a guide at the desk. We answer a request in writing within a reasonable time and we do not charge for a reasonable request. The privacy policy sets out the full detail of each right and the safety and legal records we must keep.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share a student record with a business that has not agreed to protect it. The developer BB Learning can reach a system only where a fault or a security issue makes that access necessary, and any such access is logged. A family can ask which provider touches a record and a guide will explain the chain in plain words.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms to reflect a new service, a new provider, a change in the law or a question from a family that shows a section could be clearer. When a change is small, such as a clearer sentence, we update the page and change the date near the top. When a change is significant, we tell families before the change takes effect and we explain what it means for the corner.

A change does not apply to a booking that was already confirmed under the earlier terms for the period of that booking, unless the law requires the change or the family agrees. A family can always find the current terms on this page, and a guide will answer a question about an earlier version. We do not use a change to reduce a protection that a family already relies on without telling the family first.

If you keep using the corner after a change takes effect, you accept the changed terms. If you do not accept a changed term, you can end a standing seat at the end of the paid period and we will offer a fair arrangement for any fee already paid. A guide will help a family through that step with no pressure.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend a seat where a student is unwell, where a safety concern makes a pause necessary or where a conduct problem has not been solved through conversation. We tell the family as soon as a suspension is needed and we explain what must happen before a return. A suspension for a safety concern is reviewed promptly so that a student is not kept away longer than the concern requires.

We may end a standing seat where a family repeatedly breaks these terms, where a fee is not paid after a reasonable chance to correct the detail or where the safety of a student or a guide is at risk. We give a written reason and a fair notice period, and we return any unused fee for a period we will not serve. A family can end a standing seat at any time with a written note to the desk.

When a seat ends we keep the household record for the period described in the privacy policy and then delete it on a regular schedule. A pickup record is kept for the longer period that safety and the law require. A family can ask for a copy of the record before it is closed and a guide will prepare one.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the laws of the United States that apply. A question about these terms is first discussed at the family care desk so that a small matter can be settled without a formal step. A family that is not satisfied with the answer can write to administration@bbsangels.com and we will look at the matter again in writing.

If a question cannot be settled through conversation, either party may bring it to a court that has jurisdiction over the learning centre in Georgia. We will not ask a family to travel to a distant court for a small question, and we will try mediation where both sides agree that it would help. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that a consumer protection law gives to a family.

Where a dispute concerns a fee, we will keep a written record of the amount and the service while the matter is open. We do not add a late charge to a fee that is in dispute, and we do not remove a student from a seat over a disputed fee until the matter has been discussed with the family.

19. Contact Details

Questions about these terms can go to the family care desk at BBS 24 HOUR LEARNING CENTER, 1823 Carrollton Villa Rica Hwy, Villa Rica - 30180-4902, United States (US). The email address is administration@bbsangels.com and the phone number is +14198216014. A guide can explain any section in plain words and can arrange a call when a written note is not enough.

We try to answer a written question within a few business days. A question about a confirmed booking is answered sooner, because a family may need the answer to plan the week. If a note does not reach the right person, a call to the desk will put the family in touch with a guide who can take the matter forward.

Thank you for reading these terms and for trusting the corner with the quiet hours of your student. The aim of every rule in this document is the same: a calm room, a safe door and a steady place where learning can happen at any hour.
